Onside PLUS Drop in sessions in Bromsgrove for Isolation and Loneliness |
The PLUS (People Like Us) team from Onside will be offering the following groups for Isolation and Loneliness and will be attending the following group on the 3rd Monday of each month to hold a Drop in referral/sign up session. (They will attend other weeks but this one will be solely to sign up new clients). If partners know of anyone who may benefit from the PLUS service, then please bring them along or send their way. There will be no need for you to fill in the referral form and email to the Access Hub which is the usual method of referral. Onside will complete the Referral, Triage and Assessment (if suitable) with the clients on the day.
Catshill Baptist Church – Renew wellbeing
These drop in sessions will take place from 10am – 11.30am on:
- 21st August
- 18th September
- 16th October
- 20th November
The Golden Cross Bromsgrove (Wetherspoons) – PLUS Cuppa Chat
This is a monthly coffee morning running for existing/past PLUS clients. It is held on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 10am until 12pm. Anyone is welcome. Again the same rules apply, just send any potential clients their way and they can do full referral, triage and assessment on the day.
These drop in sessions will take place on:
- 2nd August
- 6th September
- 4th October
- 1st November

Free Mental Health Support Workshops – MIND |
MIND South Warwickshire and Worcestershire are working with partners at the Hereford and Worcestershire Recovery and Wellbeing College, to deliver a series of 7 Mental Health workshops, which are free to access for residents of Hereford and Worcestershire. All courses start in September, full details can be found on the 2 flyers attached.

Strong and Steady Exercise Classes – new contact details
Strong and Steady Exercise Classes are designed for people who feel unsteady on their feet. The classes are part of a FREE 24 week programme that aims to improve strength and balance, and also to help people feel more confident when out and about. The classes are available by referral from your GP or other Health Professionals, or by self-referral by registering an interest using the online form. Once referred, the Strong and Steady Co-ordinator will contact the person to let them know where and when the classes are available locally.
